AWC Partners with Marriott to Bring The Ritz-Carlton Pattaya to the Landmark “Aquatique” Mixed-Use Project
Asset World Corporation (AWC) has officially signed an agreement with Marriott International to develop The Ritz-Carlton Pattaya as part of the world-class mixed-use development “Aquatique”. The announcement follows the signing ceremony held on January 28, marking another major milestone for Pattaya’s future growth.
A New Global Flagship Destination in the Heart of Pattaya
Aquatique is positioned to become one of Pattaya’s most iconic destination-led developments. Spanning more than 27 rai of prime beachfront land in Central Pattaya, the project has been designed as a world-class mixed-use landmark that blends hospitality, entertainment, lifestyle, and tourism into one integrated destination.
Key Components of the Aquatique Project
Aquatique will feature a diverse range of high-end facilities and attractions, including:
- The Ritz-Carlton Pattaya, developed in partnership with Marriott
- A 5-star hotel cluster
- Over 110,000 sq.m. of beachfront retail space
- An experiential tourism district
- A world-class water park
- Premium dining, leisure, and entertainment zones

Project Timeline
The first phase of Aquatique, including The Ritz-Carlton Pattaya, is expected to be completed in 2031 (2574 BE).
